- We aim to maximise value for asset owners, investors and capital providers through independent advice on business plan optimisation, underwriting, ESG and repositioning strategy.
- We provide an independent review of distressed or stressed loan positions for lenders – giving a commercial practical assessment of value maximisation.
- We have a detailed understanding of development and construction, allowing us to rigorously evaluate asset business plans and delivery risk for projects at any stage in their evolution.
- We have first-hand experience of distressed situations, NPLs and managing work-out scenarios, and can provide a comprehensive, outsourced work-out function.
- We will execute on our suggested strategies, offering investment management services including oversight of acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposal.
- We have wide-ranging knowledge of, and connections across, the capital markets, allowing us to secure debt and equity financing for our partners. We are able to co-invest when executing on our strategies.

Angus Dodd
Managing Partner
Angus has worked in real estate and private equity since 1989.
He was most recently CEO of Quintain, the owner of Wembley Park, an 85-acre, £3bn mixed use development scheme surrounding Wembley Stadium. Prior to that he was Senior Managing Director and Co-head of European Real Estate at Lone Star, which acquired Quintain in a public to private transaction in 2015.
During his time at Lone Star, he was responsible for the origination, transaction and management of the firm’s acquisitions in the UK and Ireland. These included NPL, corporate and direct real estate purchases, as well as development and land deals.
Angus has over 30 years’ experience of real estate investing and underwriting. He is a deeply knowledgeable investor, having reviewed and analysed hundreds of deals. His role as CEO of Quintain offers him a rare combination of investment and operating company experience.
He has an MA in Land Economy from Cambridge University.
Peter Sockett
Partner
Peter has been working in construction and development since 2005.
He has led on a wide range of development and construction projects, most recently a large pharmaceutical laboratory headquarters in Central London.
Previously he played a crucial role in establishing two overseas developers in the UK market – R&F Properties UK with £5bn of projects across Vauxhall Square, Nine Elms Square and One Nine Elms (One Thames City), and Ghelamco with their mixed-use scheme at 225 City Road.
Other notable projects Peter has worked on include the headquarters of Amazon UK at Principal Place, Marble Arch Place and Easington Place.
Peter’s skillset is unique having worked for main contractors, specialist contractors, developers and family offices. He demonstrates a blend of operational leadership and strategic development, technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
He obtained an honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University
Robert Widrig
Partner
Rob has worked in real estate investment and development since 2012.
He established his own real estate consultancy business in 2021, having previously served as Investment Director at Guild Living.
Prior to this, Rob was an Investment Manager at Legal & General Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and managing investments into high-growth sectors. He was integral to the establishment and growth of Inspired Villages Group, one of the UK’s leading developer-operators of senior housing, as well as the acquisition of a 50% stake in MediaCityUK, a 37-acre mixed-use waterside regeneration scheme in Salford Quays.
Rob has a uniquely diverse skillset having worked as investor, operating partner, and advisor on transactions spanning a multitude of real estate sectors, deal structures and risk profiles. He has an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a rigorous, institutional-quality approach to deal underwriting and management.
He has a First Class Honours in Economics from the University of Exeter.
