We have made good, and some less good, investments. We are not a brokerage. We will give our views with conviction and clarity. Real Estate Underwriting
We offer institutional quality underwriting and re-underwriting, based on sophisticated financial modelling, detailed market knowledge and an acute understanding of investment risk. We have experience in all UK sectors, direct and indirect investments, distressed assets and loans. Our services are relevant to all equity investors and lenders, based in the UK or overseas.
Investment Management
We offer investment management services focused on providing investors the best chance of achieving their investment objectives. This includes oversight of acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposal. The start point for any investment management mandate is a project underwriting and strategy agreed between WREP and our partner.
Development Management
We offer a comprehensive development management service focused on oversight of the development process from conception to completion. This includes feasibility analysis, design, planning, third-party appointments, procurement and delivery. We have particular expertise in the living sectors, life sciences, offices and hotels.
Capital Raising
Our network of equity investors and lenders enable us to raise capital for acquisitions, refinancing and recapitalisation. In certain circumstances we are willing to co-invest from our own resources, to ensure an alignment of interest in the execution of investment strategy.
